Lassen College President Dr. Hall, LCFA President Carrie Nyman, District negotiator David Clausen, and LCFA Chief Negotiator Robert Schofield sign the 2017-2020 contract.

After a long and difficult negotiation process including official mediation, the district and LCFA finally reached a tentative agreement (TA). The TA includes a small percent wage increase for faculty, caps on class sizes for Math, and language clarifications. The district agreed to later include caps on some English classes in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).  LCFA approved the TA in a vote last week.
